    • Fill your details in Form Link: https://bit.ly/3cTNLz3, After successful payment & data verification, you will receive a confirmation email and you will get your IDy.

  • How can I share my IDy?

    • You can share your IDy to others over a SMS, email, whatsapp, Social media sites like FB, Whatsapp, Twitter, Linkedin etc., depending on features on your mobile handset.

  • After payment & details, in how many days I can get my IDy?

    • You may expect it within 24 hours. However in some exceptional conditions it may take 2 days from the time you fill in the required information following payment.

  • How secure is my data?

    • It is really secure. We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or destruction of the Data.

  • How can I change or update my data in future ?

    • Currently IDy support team will change or update the data as per your requirement, but very soon IDy will update dashboard link from where you can yourself make changes as many times you require in your IDy.

  • What is the collective size limit of my IDy?

    • Collective size for Images and video will be upto 20MB, thereafter a nominal amount of Rs.20/- p.a. per image or File shall be charged.

  • IDy provide CRM support?

    • No, IDy does not provide CRM support.

  • Can I create multiple IDy’s?

    • Yes, surely you can make more than one IDy. You need to select an enterprise plan.

  • What if I don't like the IDy?

    • 100% refund within 100days. If you are not liked or satisfied by using IDy within 100 days then we will refund you full amount without asking any question. After 100 days no refund can be claimed.

  • What is the IDy cost after a year?

    • We make sure your next renewal cost will not be the same (even if the IDy cost on the site goes up) with our per day share benefit.

  • What is IDy per share benefit and how can I use it?

    • We offer Rs.3 on IDy per share. E.g. if you share your IDy with any of your associate for your own business benefits, we support your business growth by a contribution of Rs. 3 per share.,

      This accumulated credit/amount can be utilized by you for purchase of any value added services and/or renewal of your IDy, subject to maximum 50% of non-discounted value of respective Service/product. (E.g. If you share your IDy with your 500 customers, you get a credit of Rs. 1,500. This can be used while renewing your services of next year).

  • What payment methods can I use?

    • We accept all major payment methods like Debit card, Credit Card, NEFT, IMPS, UPI. You can pay online by using the links mentioned in the website.
