Mr. Rajendra Sawant is an eminent personality in Real Estate and Chairman of Nirman Group of Companies and completed many successful projects in and around Mumbai and Western Maharashtra. Driven by the life mission to empower people to enhance their life and business he founded MARS Gurukul with vision of creating 100 entrepreneurs of 100 crore wherein strategic advise and Mentoring is done for Entrepreneurs and professionals.

He is associated with BIA, MCHI, CREDAI, NARDECO, IMC, Saturday Club, Kokan Bhumi Pratisthan either as an Committee Member or on Advisory Board of these organisations. During his tenure of President of Rotary Club of Bombay East he has carried out several social Projects successfully. He is one of the Founder Member and Vice President of Maratha Businessman Forum. He is also one of the founder of BNI Business Genies.

He is receipent of several prominent awards like Udyogbhushan, Maharashtra Bhushan and Udyogshree. He has been recently facilitated with Udyogshree by Maharashtra Patrakar Sangh.

Being an empathetic person he has adopted many childrens from orphanage and surrounding villages.
